What we do

• All text meets 4.5:1 contrast against its background, in both themes, and the check is automated so a colour change cannot quietly break it.
• Every control is reachable by keyboard with a visible focus ring.
• Motion is reduced when your system asks for it.
• Status is never shown by colour alone — it always comes with a word or an icon.
• Charts in the developer dashboard have a table view with every value.

Watch screenshots

We ask developers to add a text description for each screenshot, which screen readers read out. Where one is missing, the screenshot is announced with the app’s name.
