Grocery keeps its list in Reminders and sorts it by the order you usually pick things up, so the list on your wrist follows the aisles. In the shop you tick items off on the Watch without taking the phone out. It suits households who share one list and want a quick in-store routine; Premium adds pantry tracking and shared household data.
