About
Your Apple Watch records the numbers. Suzi helps you explore what they mean. Ask about your available Apple Health records, such as how your sleep changed this week or how recent HRV compares with your usual pattern. Continue the conversation from your wrist, ask follow-up questions, and inspect the supporting evidence and limitations. On Apple Watch, you can review your daily briefing, ask a question by text or voice, explore an answer, and record a quick mood, energy and stress check-in. Voice transcription uses your paired iPhone. Initial setup, Apple Health permissions and fresh health-data sync also happen on iPhone. Keep the paired iPhone available for cloud AI answers. Local records can queue for later sync; this is a Watch companion, not a standalone app. Apple Health access is optional. Cloud AI answers require permission to process your question and bounded relevant health context. Suzi is a wellness companion, not a diagnostic or treatment tool. Missing data and uncertainty are shown rather than treated as certainty. Free to download with limited AI questions. Optional Suzi+ in the US is $9.99/month or $59.99/year; the App Store shows current pricing and eligibility. No subscription is required to try the free features. I’m Wenjie, Suzi’s independent developer. I’d welcome feedback from US adults who wear an Apple Watch to sleep: does an answer explain something useful, and does seeing its evidence help? Please share feedback about the experience rather than private health records. 30-second walkthrough: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/58JstDgO5SM The video uses demo health data, AI-generated lifestyle scenes and shortened waiting time.
On the Watch, in short
Does Suzi work without an iPhone?
No. The Watch app needs your iPhone nearby to work.
Does Suzi have Apple Watch complications?
Not that we list. It works as an app you open on the Watch.
