Zulu Time shows UTC next to local time and any other zones you choose, and works out times ahead or behind without getting daylight saving wrong. On the Watch its complications work on every face, and the app itself handles offset calculations. It is a small paid utility for pilots checking briefings and flight plans, and for radio amateurs converting between zones.
