About
Gymaholic is a lifting log designed around the Watch: start a session, record sets, reps and weight, and follow heart rate and calories without taking the phone out. An exercise library with 3D form animations sits behind it. It suits lifters who want to leave the phone in a pocket and still keep a complete training history.

Does Gymaholic work without an iPhone?

Does Gymaholic have Apple Watch complications?
Not that we list. It works as an app you open on the Watch.
