About
Seconds is a workout timer for any session made of timed blocks, with voice cues that name each interval. Timers built on the phone sync to the Watch, which then runs them by itself, so the phone can stay in the locker. Quick Intervals sets up a basic circuit on the wrist, and sessions save to Apple Health. One purchase removes the lock on every timer. It suits gym-goers and home trainers.
On the Watch, in short
Does Seconds work without an iPhone?
Yes. The Watch app works on its own, so you can leave your iPhone behind.
Does Seconds have Apple Watch complications?
Not that we list. It works as an app you open on the Watch.
