About
Sleepwave tracks sleep from a phone on the bedside table, and its Watch app adds a quieter way to wake up. The Watch rouses you with silent taps at a good point in your sleep instead of a loud alarm, and it adds more detail to the night's analysis, which can be written to Apple Health. It suits light sleepers and anyone sharing a bed with someone who gets up later.
On the Watch, in short
Does Sleepwave work without an iPhone?
Partly. Some features work on the Watch alone; others need the iPhone nearby.
Does Sleepwave have Apple Watch complications?
Not that we list. It works as an app you open on the Watch.
What can you do with Sleepwave on the Watch?
Wake to silent taps on your wrist. Let the smart alarm pick a good moment to wake you. Track the night on the Watch for more detail.
